1. Dispatch & Fulfillment

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. During limited drops and seasonal releases, dispatch times may extend by up to 48 hours.

2. Shipping Times & Carriers

Domestic standard deliveries arrive within 2-4 business days. International express shipments generally arrive within 4-8 business days depending on customs clearance.

3. 14-Day Returns & Exchanges

We accept unworn, unwashed items with original tags intact within 14 calendar days of delivery. To initiate an exchange for a different size or request a refund, reach out to our store concierge.

4. Damaged or Defective Goods

If an item arrives with any defect or postal damage, notify us within 7 days with photos for an immediate replacement or full refund.
